Experienced the same. Standard Woo template works out of the box. But Elementor Pro widget doesn’t do the trick. Searching for a solution myself and follow this thread. Will update if I find a solution.

According to my research, this used to be possible. It’s likely that with a new version of Elementor pro, compatibility is no longer guaranteed. It’s a shame, because Yith is known for making quality products and I can’t understand why it’s taking so long for compatibility to return.

It’s actually located on the Pro version, but this quote request functionality is reserved for professionals and more advanced sites that require the Pro version of Elementor.

Thank you for your reply Alberto.
I imagine that you’re not happy about filing this report. I would have understood if this version wasn’t compatible with the non-pro version, but I think it’s a real shame that even if you add a shortcode manually, it’s still impossible.
Once again, this doesn’t jibe with the quality of your products, which are very complete, very well-designed in the WP backoffices and which have responsive and intelligent support.
I hope that the future will open up new perspectives.
