I do a lot of WordPress installation due to a fact that I teach some WP Introduction courses.

After activating Astra Pro, Elementor and Premium Starter Templates, I installed two different Starter templates and both times Elementor became very sluggish to the point where it was just stuck loading.

The usual approach to disable to plugins and re-enable them one after the other pointed out that the sluggishness starts after enabling SureRank. Which I didn’t installed consiously, it was installed along with the Starter Template.

Well, at that point Yoast SEO was also enabled, which of course doesn’t make much sense.
My solution for now is to remove SureRank, but I think you should look into this.

    My environment: Webserver running Debian 12.11 and Plesk 18.0.70, WP 6.8.1, PHP 8.3.22, 256MB WP_MEMORY_LIMIT and memory_limit.

The site is a testing site that’s constantly changing, so it’s hard for me to let you take a look yourself.

    Kind regards,
    Christian
