Elementor stuck on loading screen

My Elementor is stuck on loading. I have last versions of Elementor and WordPress. Have tryed troubleshooting described here (https://elementor.com/help/elementor-not-loading/). On same hosting I have other website with same wordpress and elementor vesions and it works normaly and I can use elementor. But for for new website elementor is stuck.

Got this notification from wordpress, but since I am not an IT guy I have no clue what does it means:
