Elementor Templates do not show

    Hello everybody

    Since the last Sydney update my saved templates in Elementor pagebuilder do not show, when I want to insert them.
    Any suggestions what to do?
    They show alright as soon as I change the theme…

    Hi @uashdo,

    I am sorry to hear about the trouble you are experiencing. I’d like to investigate it further.

    Meanwhile, try disabling the theme’s built-in preloader from Appearance > Customize > General > Misc if you can access it. Then try clearing any cache, restarting your web browser, and running your test.

    Thank you so much for getting back to me. Unfortunately I see no effect after disabling the preloader and restarting.
    Templates still don’t show.
    Any other ideas?

    Thank you for getting back!

    Have you run your test with temporary disabled additional? If haven’t yet, please give it a try as perhaps one of your active plugins could potentially has incompatibility issue with your Elementor. To run testing privately without affecting your site’s visitor, enable troubleshooting mode with the help of Health Check plugin.
