Elementor / theme conflict ?

    Hi – Wasn’t sure what was going on as my homepage randomly got messed up, but it appears to be an issue where the theme colors are coming through on ONLY the header and footer on ONLY the HOMEPAGE. The header and footer are elementor templates. So you can see what it is supposed to look like on the other pages and for some reason the colors are messed up – but what’s confusing to me on top of that is the layout is messed up too, so it’s not just that I messed up a color somewhere… I am at a loss here, and have not messed with too much under the hood other than what was recommended clearing cache and also clicking the “regenerate css” as instructed… please help! thanks.

    Hey,

    Since you are using our Pro features on your website, you’ll need to open a support ticket at my.elementor.com.
    ww.wp.xz.cn rules state that commercial products are not supported here.

    Yeah, I did that butno response yet… Anyway, I figured it out and I am wondering if anyone can help. I had put custom css just altering half the the text to a different colors in two small areas. For some reason this caused a conflict and made half the header and footer look funny and pull some of the style from the underlying theme it seems…. but why? i tried just renaming the class in case it was that but it doesn’t seem to matter what I put in there. Any thoughts? thanks

    Again: For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
