Hi @romainperoua,
I just tested this with the free Elementor version and could reproduce the behavior.
Our developers will take a look at this to fix it for our next update.
Thanks for reporting this issue.
Kind regards,
Niklas
I can’t put my finger on a date, but our developers will fix this issue fix for our next update. So I will close this thread, but feel free to reach out if any questions come up: https://zettle.inpsyde.com/docs/how-to-request-support-via-widget-on-the-website/
Kind regards,
Niklas
Hi, I just updated the plugin, still not fix, same error 401.
Hi there,
Sorry, we did not manage to include the fix in our latest release 1.1.0 as there were some issues left during testing. We had some other important fixes, so we released the first update without including the Elementor fix.
But we are still working on it and I will let you know when we have a solution ready to share.
Kind regards,
Niklas
Hi man,
Same problem here… Very embarassing for my business…
When do you think this plugin will be ok ?
Thanks a lot Niklas
Hi @arnaudnymes & @romainperoua,
Apologies for the delay, our next update with a fix for the Elementor issue should be released in the coming days, but there are still a few things we are working on.
In the meantime, you could test this preview package which should work with Elementor:

The official update 1.2.0 will have more changes and I can try to let you know when it’s officially released. But it should not take long.
Kind regards,
Niklas
