Hi @throughthelineltd,
Thanks for contacting us! We’re happy to support you.
Just to clarify upfront: you do not need a webhook URL to connect an Elementor Pro form with Icegram Express.
Icegram Express has a native integration with Elementor Forms, so everything is handled directly inside Elementor. How to connect an Elementor form to Icegram Express
Please follow these steps:
- Open the page in Elementor and select your Form widget
- In the left panel, go to Actions After Submit
- Click Add Action and select Icegram Express (No webhook option is required)
- Once selected, you’ll see Icegram Express settings appear:
- Choose the Icegram Express Audience list from the dropdown
- Map the form fields:
- Map your Name field → Subscriber Name
- Map your Email field → Subscriber Email
- Save / Update the form : Click here screenshot attached.
- What happens after this?
- Form submissions will be added to the Icegram Express audience
- Submissions will still remain available in Elementor → Submissions
- No webhook URL is involved or needed
If you don’t see “Icegram Express” listed under Actions After Submit, please double check that:
- Icegram Express is active
- You’re using Elementor Pro (required for form actions)
If you’d like, feel free to share a screenshot of your form settings and I’ll happily verify everything is set up correctly.
Hi @throughthelineltd ,
Hope you’re doing great.
I wanted to check in with you regarding the inquiry you had the other day. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help? I’d be happy to assist you in any case.
Thank you!
Have a great day ahead.
It didn’t work immediately but following an Elementor update it’s now working great – thank you.
