Hi @tonyzeoli
Could you share screenshot on what element are you using?
Thanks,
It’s the Post Info Widget from Elementor. Only displays single author with Co-Author’s plus enabled.

You should use Author Widget from WordPress not the one from Elementor.

Thanks, I’ve tried that and it’s not suitable. I need the co-author to be displayed in the Elementor Post Info widget and not add yet another plugin, which also does not have enhanced styling options for the avatar and also breaks the post authors out from the post info meta box. It has to all be inline.
I’m going to assume there’s going to be no support for Elementor in this regard, is there?
Elementor is a hugely popular page builder and if Co-Authors can’t support this feature, that would be disappointing but understandable.
If you are expecting our plugin to support specifically on Post Info widget, then it will not be possible. Because it’s an Elementor widget and we dont have any control over those.
But we do support showing multiple Author inside Elementor using shortcode or Author widget as per: https://publishpress.com/knowledge-base/authors-elementor/
Yes, I tried this already but it’s insufficient. There are no styling options for the widget. The widget presents a bullet on each author and it looks bad. And, there’s no way to change the author avatar to a circle or reduce the padding around the byline without adding custom rules. It’s just not a good solutions. It’s too rudimentary and needs improvement. I’m going to try to get the Monogui plugin working because they have a specific byline feature with a short code.
Thanks, I’ll check those out. It’s still not good enough for a byline becasue you can’t change the image from square to circle or resize that image, but I’ll consider it. Consider this thread closed.
