    Are you perhaps using some others Elementor addon plugins additionally to Elementor and Qi Addons for Elementor? To troubleshoot if this is a conflict with some other plugin please deactivate all your third party plugins except Elementor and Qi Addons for Elementor, clear browser cache and check the page. If the issue disappears, activate your plugins one by one and try to find the plugin that causes the issue.
