I update the Plugin to 2.1.4 but still not working.

If you are using ElementsKit Pro please update it to the latest version (2.1.5). But if you are using only ElementsKit Lite please open a support ticket at our support center (help.wpmet.com). We will check the issue properly and let you know the update as soon as possible.

It’s due to your server PHP settings. Increase your server PHP memory limit from the wp-config.php file or php.ini file. If you don’t have an idea about it. Please contact your hosting provider and ask to increase below PHP configurations –
memory_limit = 512M
max_execution_time = 300
After updating the PHP configuration if the issue still persists please navigate to our plugin’s details page and open a support ticket at our support center. Our dedicated support team will inspect the problem and guide you to solve the problem as soon as possible.

Already did this too and submitted like 2 tickets but no response…
