ElementsKit stops Elementor to Loading

    Since last update of ElementsKit Addon, Elementor failed to load. If i activate Secure Mode, the Plugin works again.

    The function “Header OffCanvas” also stop working. When you click the button, nothing happens.

    We have already fixed this issue today and release an update.

    Please update the elementsKit plugin

    I update the Plugin to 2.1.4 but still not working.

    Hey @saulosan ,

    If you are using ElementsKit Pro please update it to the latest version (2.1.5). But if you are using only ElementsKit Lite please open a support ticket at our support center (help.wpmet.com). We will check the issue properly and let you know the update as soon as possible.

    Hi @panafria ,

    It’s due to your server PHP settings. Increase your server PHP memory limit from the wp-config.php file or php.ini file. If you don’t have an idea about it. Please contact your hosting provider and ask to increase below PHP configurations –

    memory_limit = 512M
max_execution_time = 300

    After updating the PHP configuration if the issue still persists please navigate to our plugin’s details page and open a support ticket at our support center. Our dedicated support team will inspect the problem and guide you to solve the problem as soon as possible.

    We’re having the exact same issue. Figured out through troubleshooting that it’s elementskit lite that’s problematic…

    Already did this too and submitted like 2 tickets but no response…
