Elevation profile does not show up

    I have added the following code to my site:

    [map style="width: 760px; height:400px; margin:20px 0px 20px 0px; border: 0px solid black;" maptype="SATELLITE" kml="http://www.skirunning.ch/wp-content/uploads/DynafitSkiRunning.kml" elevation="yes"]

    I have also activated the checkbox for elevation profile in the plugin settings. However the map shows up without elevation profile. Where could be the problem?
