ELM does not play nice with WP-UserOnline

I have a site using both the Error Log Monitor plugin and the WP-UserOnline plugin. Activating the latest version of both plugins causes a fatal error when accessing the backend. The error is logged as:

Fatal error: Cannot declare class scbWidget, because the name is already in use in /home/[myserver]/[mysite]/wp-content/plugins/wp-useronline/scb/Widget.php on line 5

The WP-UserOnline plugin author mentions that the SBC widget is no longer being maintained and is working off a fork which he maintains.
