else if doesnt work

    Its says you can use javascript commands but i can not get else if working.
    Is there is fix. I use the free version at the moment to try it out.

    If/Else statements do not work, most likely in cases you have missed the symbols or parenthesis.

    I tried everything and I still can not get “else if” working only else or if. Are you sure that it is supported? Can you maybe send me a formula with “else if” that works?

    Hi @bmhandel ,

    Please make sure that the code is in the JavaScript syntax, is always on a single line, and the structure of open as well as close brackets is correct.

    Kindly check the whole formula again according to the provided manual above (where formula samples provided as well).
    Also, please make sure that you set a correct condition with “if>else” structure but not “else>if”.
