ELV Button and Amex problems

    Hi Plugin Developers,
    First of all thanks a lot for this great plugin.
    I have integrated this on a basic woocommerce shop and it works quite well.
    Only some minor questions:

    1.) Is it possible to delete the ELV button as we do not support ELV?
    2.) Is its possible to add a customized explanation and change the word Paymill in the payments selections list to a more general like “Kreditkartenzahlungen” (no problem with the paymill logo)
    3.) The little logos after the Paymill logo show only Master and Visacard Acceptance. The system is able to detect Amex as well after using a amex card number but trying to pay with amex comes up with a failure message? Any ideas? Dont you support Amex within the plugin?
