1) Are you sure? Admin accounts get several emails if the number of recipients is set to anything other than 0. I sincerely doubt you really have this issue.
2) I have no idea what your issue is there, what do you thin the email should be and what have you done to change it?
If you want help you are going to need to be much more descriptive with details of what is happening, where and when and also what you expect to happen. Then I might be able to advise and assist. A 20 word post is utterly useless to anyone if you are asking for help.

I can see all of your settings but that doesn’t really help much.
Try installing a mail logging plugin to check for the duplicate emails:

Have you looked through the email log for duplicates? (There are none in your screen shot). Are they any? Have you then checked in the Subscribe2->Subscribers page under both the Public Subscribers and Registered Subscribers tab to see of any duplicate email address are listed in both (presuming there are any).
Hm… only 1 email in log. On the page no duplicate email address:( Do you saw on screen that the from “wordpress” and not name of my site and email is not right. Where can i find the email sending code.

You may have another plugin that is over riding the sending email details or this may be happening on the server. Try using Configure SMTP and see if that helps:

Are you using another email plugin at the same time as Subscrobe2? JetPack maybe?

How do you know some users are getting 2 emails? Are you still using the logging plugin? Are there duplicates in there? If not then it’s an issue on the server or duplicate subscriptions.
