    Hi,

    I could not send email from my easy appointment plugin (wordpress 4.9.1).
    Error is as below:

    ERROR #10 ————
    TYPE: MAIL
    ERRORS: {“wp_mail_failed”:[“Could not instantiate mail function.”]}

    Kindly help me out.

    Hi @suraj1977

    looks like email function is not working on your hosting. EA is relying on build in WP functions for that. Can you confirm that you can get any email from your site for example trying to reset password etc? Have you tried to use SMTP plugin for sending emails?

    Thanks Nikola, you’ve been precious, I’ve installed WP Mail SMTP plugin with Google API and it works!!
    your plugin is great 😀

    Hi Nikola,

    Thanks for the reply.
    You are right. Email function is not working on my site.
    I am in the process of setting SMTP with the help of WP Mail SMTP.
    I will update you in a couple of days.
