I’m currently building a new website for a client who used Smoothbooks and they’d it to be integrated on their website.

I put the email address my client used to sign up to Smooth books with, and I receive an error message saying “Please contact plugin developer about that error”.

Any troubleshooting advice?

Thanks for your message.

We see this error occasionally and unfortunately there is almost nothing we can do to debug or fix this as it is occurring on servers that we do not have access to.

Updating all of your plugins will often solve the issue, if not there is a workaround. You can see the details of this at: https://help.smoothbook.co/knowledgebase/if-your-wordpress-plugin-is-not-working/
