Email Address Not Encoding – Need Help

Hi there!
Need some help with the plug-in… I have only picked up WP in the last 3 months and still learning. I have installed the plug-in to a live site and the email doesn’t seem to be encoding (used the page scanner).
I have a “mailto:” email in the header which is getting scraped by bots. I have tried adding the email to the main body and still the same outcome. I have looked at EVERY post on this forum and nothing seemed to work. It’s been an issue I’ve tried to resolve for almost a week… Just need some professional guidance.
