Email alerts stopped

    I used to receive from this plugin all email alerts (e.g. about new versions of other plugins, etc). Not anymore. Any pointers what to do?

    If that helps, I also stopped receiving emails from the “Fast Secure Contact Form” plugin ( http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/si-contact-form/ ); however I solved that problem by following directions in http://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/email-does-not-send (i.e., set the “Return-path address (recommended)” field to an email address in my blog’s domain, and checked the “Enable ONLY when web host requires “Mail From” strictly tied to site.(optional, rarely needed)” box).

    Wordfence Security plugin doesn’t have any advanced email setups to tinker with…

    I still have this issue. I tried the official support FAQ I’m no longer receiving emails from Wordfence. What should I do? ; the check shows that the server is *not* on the black list.

    Any other ideas what to check / do?

    Thanks, we’ll read the documentation you linked to and see if there’s a way we can improve deliverability from Wordfence.

    I applied solution from http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/no-longer-receiving-alert-emails : “change the main WordPress email to an email on our domain. Before we had the main WordPress email set up as using a gmail account. Once we made the switch all alerts started coming back in. Must be a setting on our new hosting account that differs than our previous hosting”.

    Now I am receiving admin login alerts from Wordfence.

    However, I am still not receiving plugin / theme updates alerts. Right now, Wordfence 5.1.2 is available, but there has not been Wordfence email alert about that.

    The solution from the above post worked. Issue solved.
