It is likely a server setting or restriction, or even an email restriction causing the problem. Do you see the files in your wordpress entries but not in your emails?

I misspoke, excuse my english, i’m french.
I get upload files in both.
The problem is that attachments may be too large and therefore I do not receive the email
I therefore wish to receive emails without attachments and recover in wordpress
In this case you would probably need our pro version that allows you to skip the attachment to the email from VFBPro.com.
