    Hi,
    when a customer gets am email saying they have a message, there is a link leading them to the message.
    If they have to log-in to view the message, the link tells the person they must be logged in to view it and that’s it.
    Is it possible to set up so they have easy access to log-in, or the link allows them to log-in and then forward to there unread message?

    If user click that message log-in part they will be redirected to login page. after login they will again be redirected to that message page.
