Email character limit

    If the email exceeds approximately 500 characters when you place an order, you will not receive the outgoing email.

    Is there a way to improve it?

    Hello @munetti12

    According to the Internet standard, email addresses should be no longer than 256 characters.
    Since the email address is longer than that, it may not have been handled properly in the email delivery process.

    The root cause of the problem is that AForms Eats accepts email addresses longer than 257 characters, so we will fix this.
    We plan to release a fixed version within a week.

    If it is about 500 characters, it is the body of the email, not the email address.
