    For example, if a customer fail on his email address when he book.

    How to know that ?

    Hello there.

    Amelia does have email and SMS notifications included, so if you enable the needed email templates, they will be sent to the customer if the customer books.

    If you want to validate an email address, there’s currently no way of doing that without applying some custom work.

    Also, if you want to make the email address mandatory, you can do that through General Settings and the Customize section of Amelia.
