    Hey @ralcos,

    All emails are handled by WooCommerce. Our plugin does offer a few settings to augment those emails; however, OpenTickets Commmunity Edition itself does not send out any email. There are several factors that could be causing your email to not send. The WooCommerce Documentation does have a good page about troubleshooting their email problems. Past those steps there could be any number of server configuration problems at play, which are beyond the scope of this forum.
