Hi, I run a membership site where user accounts are imported without an email address, and I use your Toolbox setting (Redirect users to a page if they have empty required fields) to force logged in user to complete their profile/account. That form utilizes the email confirmation add-on. Unfortunately several people have reported being blocked despite being very careful about ensuring both email values are the same. Is there a log or way to see the failed attempts, so I know whether the blocks are human or plugin error?

  • Hi there,

Let me first understand the situation clearly:

You are using the Email Confirmation Field add-on. Is this correct?

Is it true that while several people experience difficulties, others can undergo the process successfully?

There is no way to see the failed attempts, but here is a recommended course of action:

When somebody new encounters this problem, please ask them to send a screenshot of how this looks o the front-end.

Perhaps this will help figuring out what is happening over there.

    With the best of regards,
    Gabriel

If you are using that add-on then please contact the author on their own site.

    Hello @sevans917,

It would appear that we are not allowed to speak here about our *free* add-ons, so lets continue the conversation here:
