Email confirmation showing wrong address

Hi there, great plugin. I tested it and it seems to work fine. However, when I receive the email thanking me for signing up, I noticed there was an old address at the bottom, so I changed it in my constant contact account. I tested again, but it keeps showing the old address. Is there another place that it is pulling the data from that I should be editing? Any help is much appreciated – thanks!
