When my clients book online, they get an email such as this:

Thank you for your message. We will reply you as soon as possible.

This is a copy of the data sent:

    Appointments:
    2/14/2020 11:00-11:30
    2/14/2020 11:30-12:00

    Name:adsfsda

    Phone: a sdfasd

    Email: asdfasdf

    Best Regards.

I think this is really unprofessional where some people have to call me back just to confirm that i really got their booking and their appointment is now in our system. The grammar in the first sentence is also really bad.

But it should say something like, Your appointment is received. We look forward to seeing you then.

Please help me, how can i change this?
