Email confirmations problems

Hello
I’m using the free version of the plugin and when i’m sending tests reservations I do not receive the email confirmation us customer in my gmail and yahoo accounts. I tried using another email address and i reiceved email us customer. Please help me with this issue, because i consider important my customers can receive confirmation about their appointments.
