It’s hard to say what might be the problem here without further information.
What email provider are you using? Would you send a link to a screenshot of your debug info?

We don’t have a specific integration with Office365.
What exactly is the error message you’re getting? If it’s a time-out warning, please see this document:

Often this issue is caused by your web host (not just Godaddy, as mentioned in the article) blocking access to SMTP ports. If that’s the case, you’ll need to contact them about opening access.
