Email copy completed form

I am able to design a form and uploaded it online for people to join our association. I get the notification so it is working.
When the email notification is sent we need a copy of the completed form be attached to the email. The notification email does not support all our needs. We need a copy of the completed form attached to or embbed in the email to be printed for other needs.
