Hi, in general, the tracking info will show on customers completed (shipped) emails regarding the email customizer plugins, you do not need a shortcode.
The only compatibility issue that we have is with “delivered” orders email which is not default in WC and we need the email customization plugins to make compatible.

Being able to have customized emails is really important to me. When I edit the custom emails, I’m not seeing the tracking info from your plugin showing.
if/when there’s a fix or solution or work-around, please let me know.

Ok, we will check compatibility for these plugins.
Zorem –I’ll switch to any good email customizer plugin that will let me show tracking easily. This seems so obvious to have customizing and tracking available together. I’m sort of shocked at the lack of options for this currently

Hi @jayalders, no need to be dramatic 🙂 we are here to help and support.
There is no actual link between Shipment tracking and email customization, it’s two different things, our plugin use the standard WooCommerce email hooks and we are not doing anything with email templates / design, our plugin should be compatible to work with any email customization plugin, we do not modify template files and we add the tracking info to the email regardless of the customization plugin you are using and usually the issues are with bad coded customization plugins.
However, we are in the process of checking a few email customization plugins to make sure the tracking info display fine and that they are compatible to our “delivered” order emails and so far we did not find any issues but we still did not complete the check.

Hi, We run tests with these 3 customization plugins, I checked that the tracking info + delivered emails:
1. Email Customizer for WooCommerce
2. WP HTML Mail – Email Designer
3. Decorator – WooCommerce Email Customizer
@simyrik we contacted your plugin developer since it’s premium and we need the plugin to test, he has not yet got back to us.
