Email Delivery Issue

    Hello Support Team,

    I am using WordPress with the Forminator plugin for a contact/demo class form. The form submissions are being recorded successfully in Forminator, but email notifications are not being delivered.

    Hello @souravjj4,

    I hope you’re doing great today!

    Could you please check if your email notifications are properly configured? Specifically, make sure that the admin email is correct.

    If all looks good in the email notifications section, the next thing to check is if the WordPress admin emails are working at all.

    Forminator uses the WordPress email system, which means that if there are any issues with WordPress emails, Forminator notifications won’t work either.

    In order to check that, you can install WP Mail Logging plugin, which should log any errors when WordPress sends emails.

    After installing WP Mail Logging, try submitting the form, or sending any email such to your admin account, and check if there are any error messages in WP Mail Logging >> Log.

    The error message may contain some useful info, and help addressing the issue.
