    Maybe I am missing something (which is possible, since I am new to WordPress), but can I have custom styles on my email templates? Such as an image as header, or different font sizes.

    Hi @nicholscynthia45, this plugin let you do some modifications to emails such as font, colors, etc. By default wordpress use text emails, basically this plugin change that into html emails.
