Email edits do not save

    Hi there,
    Absolutely love your plugin – well done! – but we are having a small issue.
    When we edit the Email templates in Settings > Email Settings, and then click the ‘save Settings’ button, our changes are not saved and the email templates revert back to original.
    We have WP, Elementor and all plugins up to date.
    Any thoughts on how to fix this?

    Hi Guys,

    Have you had any luck with this?
    We’d like to go live but currently we can’t add the Coupon Code to the Admin outgoing emails so it won’t work…

    Just adding – for now I have manually edited voucher_settings.php but obviously that is a temporary fix.

    Can you please open to debug function of WordPress and send us the information of issue? we need that information to resolve issue and update in the next version, thanks!

    Hi there, sorry, what is it that you need?
    When we try to save changes to the email templates there are no PHP warnings or errors. The screen reloads, but is back on the ‘General Settings’ tab, and when I click back into ‘Email Settings’ none of my changes have been saved.

    We have checked many times on the plugin source code but still don’t have the same problem as yours. So we need you to send more information about the error so that we can know what is causing the error. If possible, please enable the Debug function of wordpress and send us error information. We will fix this issue on the latest version,.

    Hi good day, we have want buy now the lifetime , but in the free version we have the same problem like the person up. When we change the text in the e-mail, dont accept the new text. Everytime after save come again the old one.
