Hey @lewatson – thanks again for your request and sorry to hear that you face even more issues 🙁
This one sounds to me like the CSS file is not included since this text is only shown if the CSS/JS can’t be loaded.
Do you use any kind of minimizing for your CSS/JS files like, for example, Autoptimize or W3 Total Cache?
I’m very keen to help you with that since this behavior is not normal.
Feel also free to reach out to us directly through our website so that I can give you more tailored help on this issue.
Please let me know in case you have further questions.
Comet Cache Pro is installed but was set to not compress html/css/js code.
I will do more extensive testing to try and give you more definitive conditions of working / not working and get back to you.
HEy @lewatson – thank you for your feedback.
I’m very interested in helping you out with this problem.
In case you already found a solution for it, I’m very happy to hear how you did it. 🙂
Thanks already a lot!

To answer this issue as well for the community:
This issue appears normally when the scripts from our plugin are not loaded.
In a lot of cases, this is caused by coming soon and maintenance plugins, since they don’t enqueue the scripts by default.
In this case the issue was with the Seedprod Coming Soon Page Pro plugin and there is a simple option within the plugin settings called Enable 3rd Party Plugins.
You can find it within the Advanced Scripts section.
