Email field blank (despite adding custom text)

    All the Placeholders for every field i enter remain blank (even after adding placeholder text) except First Name. First name shows a little image and “First Name”.
    The email field which is native to the app remains blank after adding placeholder text, and has no image.
    Phone, another email field i added as a test also remain empty.

    I viewing in Chrome, on a Mac. I have integrated SendinBlue and am using a pop up.
    I have no rules set for viewing (display on every page).

    Im not sure why it wont work. Can I add choose to show a title or the label since the placeholder wont display?

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    I have just tested this on my test site, with the basic popup and four fields (two e-mail fields, a name field and a phone field) and all placeholders are showing up for me there:

    I suppose then that there might be some conflict on your site.

    it might help to take a look at this so would you give as a link to the page where we could see the form in question?

    Just make sure, please, that those placeholders are added – even if they don’t show up on front-end).
