Email field not the same width

I am developing a wordpress website and installed the contact for. Just the standard one. I notice that on a mobile device the your email field is longer than all the others on a mobile, running of the side of the page. On a desktop it is shorter than all the rest. Any ideas why it would do that?, there is nothing else on the page and no other mods to the form.
