Email for Knuckleheads

Hello. Trying to figure out email associated with my page. Have been blogging for three years. Apparently there’s an email associated with my page. that email followers can write to that gets forwarded to my general purpose personal gmail account. But when I write individuals back, they get an email from my personal gmail account. I’ve got WP Mail SMTP Lite. I would have thought there’s be some inbox for or traditional email function. I’m not looking to send 100,000 mailers. I’ve got only 140 email followers and when they write me I’d like to write them back – from my blog. Help?
