First of all please enter form > submissions > select the form and make sure that the form was really submitted.
If yes, then, please try to check the spam box, you might find the email forward there.
If yes, then removing from spam a few times it’ll start coming to the inbox.
If no, then please try to use other email address maybe Gmail, or an email attached to your hosting.
If again no luck then please check the website with SMTP plugin to make sure that the website sends emails in general.
If SMTP doesn’t send email then you should contact your hosting company and report them about the issue that website is not sending emails.
If it’ll send, then please send me your email settings page screenshot to make sure that everything is OK with email settings.
