    have used this form for some time, considering upgrading to the paid version however, there is a persistent issue that we cannot seem to solve. Form works for a while, then for no reason (it seems), we are not receiving any email from the form. We have set up various emails using different platforms, including from our host, but nothing. I saw somebody else post about this a few weeks ago, but do not know what the resolution was. Would like to know before we pay for the upgrade. Thank you.

    Hi dear user.

    Can you download an SMTP plugin and check if it’s working fine?

    Maybe there is an issue with your mail servers?

    Also, check the spam folders.

    Can you recommend an SMTP? There are several out there and some seem very involved. And yes, we constantly have been checking spam folders.
