Email function not working with the new release

    We have installed your plugin. On older version of WordPress it worked. Now with the latest version of WP (4.5.2), the mails are not getting sent to the new sign up’s and existing members. We deactivated all plugins thinking there might be a conflict but that did not serve the purpose.

    Hi,

    What’s the default language of your WordPress site? Is the Email HTML enabled?

    Hi,

    Thanks for a quick response.

    The site is set to English (United States).

    In Ultimate Member, HTML Email is set to No.

    Are you able to use an email delivery service such as SendGrid (has free plan) as nearly all email delivery issues are caused by php mail function used by default with WordPress.

    Hi,

    We tried SendGrid. It did not solve the problem.

    On the older instance, we did not have any third-party mail service configured. It used WP’s own mail service.

    Can you please check and release an update in the next version?
