For any technical questions we need you to open a ticket from our Support Hub, and in case you’re having problems with your account, please feel free to use any contact form by specifying your account and order details so that we can make sure to restore your access.
For the moment we can suggest looking at the “Conditional Texts” features if you’re looking for a way to add instructions or specific contents to the email notification for the guests. Thanks to the Conditional Texts, you can have custom contents added to the email message depending on various rules (conditions) that you define directly from the back-end interface of Vik Booking (page Global – Configuration). For example, you could add specific instruction depending on the room-type booked, like a physical address or the check-in instructions.
There is probably no need to use the hooks described in our technical documentation for developers to add custom instructions to the email messages, because you would end up having a static piece of code or a static plugin with the desired message/instructions. It is way better and faster to use the Conditional Texts.

I create this morning a ticket in general support of wikwp and still waiting…
I try to use condtional texts but isn’t a solution my customer. So I need to develop an aditional plugin that use the hook to add instruccions collected in a custom form for each appartment.
