    Thanks for using CusRev.

    When you send a test email, is there an error or it is sent successfully? Please share a screenshot of the error if you see that.

    I just have the following message: Save your settings and try again.
    Obviously if I save the settings nothing changes.

    Hi,

    Can you please share some screenshots of the issue and the settings page Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder?
    Also try to deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce and switch to a standard theme of WordPress and recheck this.
