    Hi, first time user so forgive me if I haven’t posted this in quite the right place.
    Our new site has an issue with the contact form. We are using Enfold, therefore it’s their contact form. We’ve got WP email SMTP plugin installed and set up using gsuite as that is the emails we use. The form reacts as expected and the thank you page is displayed after sending. The sender receives an email to say they have sent the form. I can send a test email and seems to be OK so I guess the form is being sent! The trouble is I’m not receiving the form at my email address. I’ve spent two days trying to fix this, going through the setup again and again! Hopefully, someone will suggest a fix, please.

    This could be a host issue, I’d suggest calling your host and asking for their advice.

    It could also be a theme conflict. Are you using CF7, I believe that is the suggested form plugin with Enfold. If you are using CF7 and your host can not help you will need ti contact Enfold Support. You can do so here: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990/support

    I hope this gets you headed in the correct direction. Once you find a fix please dont forget to tag the thread as resolved.

    Thank you for that advice. I installed the CF7 and it worked fine, I just need to make it look good now but at least it’s working, Thank you for your help and a very quick response also. Cheers.

    Actually, that was not really what I was suggesting… CF7 tends to be buggy too. Glad it seems to be working for you as of now though.
