Email limits

Sorry to bug you, I’ll probably have a few more of these “pre-sale” questions 🙂

Is there any kind of throttling when sending out notification emails? We are currently sending out notifications to something like 800 people on some categories. Will Subscribe2 send out all 800 emails at once? Or is there some kind of throttling so it sends 10/minute etc?

Also I understand there is a paid version, we’d be more than happy to use that if that helps us achieve what we’re looking for.
