Hello @ressany ,
Thanks for reaching out.
As the Email logging is part of the paid version of WP Mail SMTP, could you please drop us a line through our contact page when you get the chance?
You’re welcome to just include a link to this post, if you’d prefer to do that.
I apologize that we’re not able to respond to paid version questions here in the ww.wp.xz.cn support forums for the free version, but I really appreciate your help!
However in the meanwhile, I would be happy to clarify your question. WP Mail SMTP Lite (our free version) does not have the feature to store emails/ email logs.
Because email logs are not stored in WP Mail SMTP Lite, they will not be available even when you upgrade to the paid version. So, only emails that are sent after the paid version has been activated will get stored and accessible in the backend when the Email Logging feature is enabled.
While our Lite plugin isn’t able to collect or store email logs, some hosting providers do log emails that are sent out from the sites they host. So if you need to try and retrieve your logs, the best next step in trying to find records of previous emails is to contact your site’s hosting provider to ask if they do this.
Thanks!
