    Hello,

    I have set up a new user registration email and enabled it, however when I do a test registation it never comes through. Thanks for your help!

    Thanks for your message.

    Can you tell me how users are registering on the site?
    Is it via the default WordPress registration form, via the WP Admin, or via a front-end form?

    Registration is through a front-end shortcode from the plugin UsersWP

    Hi @larajdesigns09,
    Thanks for clarifying.

    Sometimes this happens when the registration plugin has its own ‘new user’ notification instead.
    If you deactivate that plugin, and register a user through the default WP user registration page, does the notification send as expected?
    For clarity: the notification in BNFW that you need to use is ‘New User Registration – For User’.
