the link https://superlist.byaviators.com/register/ is showing register form isn’t default register form, probably come with theme or 3rd party plugin.

i have tried to to register using both link neither any registration send me the welcome/register(default) mail.

Also i guess you are now deactivate the “User Verification” so its not checking the account verification on login.

If you please keep activate the plugin and let me know i will try again.

I guess this is not the issue of plugin but your theme. please deactivate the “User Verification” and then test it and see the result what happening.

HI, i am asking you to deactivate “User Verification” plugin to find the issue is happening for our plugin or it existing theme or 3rd party plugin,

so please follow step

# deactivate “User Verification”
# register an account
# Check the mail issue? if this is still happening please find the cause and solve it first. (this is out of our support)
# if you don’t see any problem when deactivate “User Verification” then it might be problem/conflict with our plugin.
