    I have downloaded the plugin but it wont save my email in setup.

    I get the following message :

    There was a problem adding the email template. Please contact the plugin author via support forum.

    Help please

    Hi,

    Kindly share with us error log message if the debug log file has the error related our plugin. It helps us as well to resolve the issue.

    Also, please drop us an email on “support at tychesoftwares dot freshdesk dot com” where we can more communicate on it and give the fix for this.
