Thanks for sending these details! Can you please try the follow:

    • Deactivate WordFence and WP Super Cache
    • Go to MailPoet > Settings > Key Activation and click Verify to refresh the key verification.

Then, check if sending works. Let us know how that goes!

    Hello again @yves13 ,

Thank you for reaching out to us and sending those screenshots.

I’ve taken a look at the screenshot you provided, and I noticed a PHP notice that your site is running an outdated version of PHP (7.4.33).

To ensure optimal performance and compatibility with MailPoet, I recommend updating your PHP version to at least 8.1. Newer PHP versions come with improved performance, security, and reliability, which can help resolve certain issues and ensure smoother operation moving forward.

We have a detailed guide on how to update your PHP version here: How to Update Your PHP Version.

Once you’ve updated your PHP version, could you test your setup again and let us know if the issue persists?

If you need further assistance with updating PHP, your hosting provider should be able to help you with this process.

Looking forward to hearing how it goes!

Thank you, we have decided to use WP Mail SMTP instead.

I’ve taken a look at the screenshot you provided, and I noticed a PHP notice that your site is running an outdated version of PHP (7.4.33).

@geraltrivia FYI, the plugin description clearly states 7.4 as compatible PHP version:

    Hello again @yves13 ,

Hello @ov3rfly, While MailPoet may still function on PHP 7.4.33, this version is outdated and no longer receives active support or security updates. Upgrading to at least PHP 8.1 offers several benefits such as Improved performance, Enhanced security, better compatibility etc.

If you’d like to continue this conversation, Kindly open up another support thread so we can assist you there.

    Cheers!

@geraltrivia Change plugin description to PHP 8.1 if you don’t provide support for 7.4.x installations.
